We are paid for our work as follows:
Personal Coaching: Before you are able to make really good and efficient use of the services of a Financial Advisor or Planner (either ourselves or someone else), our coaching services will give you the confidence and knowledge you need. We charge for this service on an hourly and packaged basis. In our 45 minute initial consultation, we will assess which services would be most appropriate for you and will direct you accordingly. Our fees will be outlined at that time.
Advising/Planning: When your coaching sessions have been completed, and you are ready for the next step, we would be honoured if you chose us to be your trusted advisors for the implementation phase of your financial journey. In this phase, we then proceed to analyze your current situation with the intention of developing an action plan. The completion of the plan will, in all likelihood involve the purchase of an appropriate set of financial products. In this case our fee is paid directly by the companies that manufacture these products. It is important for you to be aware that we are brokered with many companies, all of whom compensate at the same level. This allows us to provide you with unbiased product advice.
Even more importantly, your referrals keep us in business. If you have been happy with our work and are completely comfortable with our approach, then we will look forward to your referrals. Our criteria for referrals are simple – we want to work with those folks who are friendly, responsible and serious about their money. Age range and income levels are of no importance to us, as we are happy to work with any demographic.
